Kapap (Israeli Martial Arts)
Kapap (pronounced 'kuh-pap') is the original combat system of defensive tactics, hand-to-hand combat and self-defense, employed by the Israeli defense and security forces, the Israeli national Police, and its special operations and anti-terrorist units. The term Kapap is a hebrew acronym for Krav Panim El Panim, Face-to-face combat.

With this seminal training, you will learn a collection of techniques, including:
  • Posture, stance and falls.

  • Counters, escapes and avoidance.
  • Body conditioning.

    • Jabs, crosses, uppercuts and hooks.
